She’ll work with the student to research schools they are applying to and help them show how their background and goals will impact the campus.
She uses her decades as a reporter to pinpoint the experiences that provide content for very general or specific essay prompts.

By-The-Hour: $85
Pay as you go for what you need.
Some students may need help figuring out which Common App essay topic is best for the story they want to tell. Then they can take it from there.
Others just need a final read and help cutting 50 words before they hit “Submit.”
Or Katherine can take them through the whole process — brainstorming, detailed outlining and editing multiple drafts — on one or more essays. Many clients choose to pay by the hour instead of choosing a package.
